Are you ready for some fishing fun? 7th and 8th Grade will participate in the FINS (Fishing In the Natural State) Program at Yellowjacket Pond in Mountain View. 7th Grade will go tomorrow, Wednesday, May 1. 8th Grade will go on Thursday, May 2. Each group will leave at 8:30 from Timbo and will return to school before the end of the school day. Parents are welcome to join their student at the pond. It's going to be a great day!

Timbo School: Timbo FBLA competed at the Arkansas State FBLA Conference in Little Rock on April 29th and 30th. Our chapter brought home the title for the second largest membership-marketshare award for the state. Amy Morrison took second place in Economics and earned the opportunity to compete at nationals this summer in Orlando, FL! We are so excited and proud of our club's achievements this year!

Timbo-Kindergarten Registration Kindergarten registration will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, from 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-3:00. Students must turn five years old on or before August 1, 2024 to enter kindergarten. Kindergarten students are required to have a physical examination and be up to date on immunizations. Please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate, social security card, and current immunizations to registration. Timbo - The Timbo Jr. Boys Track Team secured a commendable 6th place in the overall standings at the Jr. Bomber Relays in Mtn. Home on Monday, April 1st. Jake Currie demonstrated remarkable prowess, clinching the first position in the 800m run with an impressive time of 2:22.59, and achieving 5th place in the 1600m run with a time of 5:45.03. Additionally, the Timbo Boys - Gabe Treadway, Michael De La Paz, Conner Goodman, and Jake Currie - showcased their synergy in the 4x800 relay, clocking in at 11:55.44 and securing a respectable 3rd place. Meanwhile, the Timbo Girls 4x800 relay team, comprising Presley Currie, Abbie Treadway, Bailey Wollan, and Kiley Domingue, achieved a commendable 4th place finish, recording a time of 12:54.73 at the event.
