TIMBO - As the sun sets over the rolling hills of Timbo, Arkansas, the community gathers one last time to witness the magic of our Senior Class of 2024. 5PM JV Game VS. Omaha. As the clock inches closer to 6:30, the atmosphere becomes electric with anticipation. It's time for the heart of the evening - the 2024 Senior Night festivities. After Senior festivities, the senior boys from Timbo step onto the court to face off against Omaha. Every dribble, every pass, every shot is not just a play but a chapter in their high school journey. And then, under the glow of the gymnasium lights, it's the Rural Special Senior Girls' turn to shine as they take on Omaha to close out the night! As the final whistle blows and the echoes of cheers fade into the night, the memories created on this hallowed court will live on forever. For in Timbo, Arkansas, the love for basketball runs deep, and the bond forged between players, coaches, and fans transcends the final score. We will see you all tonight! GO TIGERS!!

Congratulations to the Timbo Science Fair Winners Sr. Division: 1st Place - Grady Pitcock 2nd Place (tie) - Zoie Boyd and Zoe Long 3rd Place - Kimberly Martinez Honorable Mention: Autum Reichin, Gabe De La Paz, Charlie Bryant, Demu Berg, Alyssa Shellstrom, Jacob Ashley, and Madison Richard. Jr. Division: 1st Place - Jalen Gillam 2nd Place - Lane Wesley 3rd Place - Trestyn Smith Honorable Mention: Heath Reams, Mia Martin, Tristan Hamm, Gabe Treadway, Layla Stieb, Micheal De La Paz, and Abbie Treadway. These students will compete in the Northeast Arkansas Regional Science Fair at ASU Jonesboro on March 8th, 2024. The Science Fair will be open to the public Friday in the Multipurpose Room from: 7:40 A.M. until 8:40 A.M. 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.

Timbo - Dear Parents/Guardians In order for your child to receive their Incentive day, they must have shown growth in Math and Reading, or been proficient in both areas. Your child did/did not earn their incentive days. If your child did earn their incentive days, they will not have to attend school on Monday, February 12, 2024. We are thrilled to announce the return of our beloved annual Krispy Kreme fundraiser! Your participation directly contributes to our end-of-the-year Accelerated Reader trip, a cherished tradition that celebrates the hard work and dedication of our students in cultivating a love for reading. This year, we're excited to introduce TWO reward trips! One exclusively tailored for our Kindergarten through 2nd-grade readers, and another for our 3rd through 6th-grade champions. Timbo: The home game with Viola scheduled for tomorrow, Jan. 16, and the game at Quitman scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 18, have been canceled. The Viola game has been rescheduled for Monday, Jan. 22nd. The Quitman game will not be rescheduled. The Norfork game that was canceled last week has been rescheduled for Monday, Jan. 29th.
